Auto Track helps people arrange electric rides around the Central University of Punjab campus. Hussique operates the app. Privacy and account requests: [email protected].
Information we use
- Your Google account identifier and email, campus profile name, phone number and account role.
- Ride pickup and destination, assignments, status and timestamps. Driver profiles include vehicle details, approval and capacity.
- A driver's current or last shared GPS location when they choose to share availability. Browser location permission is requested separately.
- Notification device tokens if you enable push, subscription expiry and payment/order identifiers, and records of acceptance of our policies.
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service, which can include request times, IP addresses and browser information.
Why and with whom
We use information for sign-in, bookings, driver assignment, live availability, notifications, subscription verification, support and abuse prevention. Authorised campus operations staff can access operational records. Assigned riders and drivers receive the contact and journey details needed for their ride.
Google/Firebase provides authentication, database and messaging services; Cloudflare and Railway host the app and backend; Razorpay processes checkout. Map tiles may be requested from OpenStreetMap or Esri. These providers process requests under their own policies. We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVVs or bank login credentials in Auto Track.
Device storage and permissions
Essential browser storage maintains sign-in and remembers install-banner preferences. The installed web app caches a public offline notice, not private account or ride data. Location sharing and push notifications require separate permission; you can revoke these through your browser or device settings.
Retention, access and deletion
We retain account and operational information while it is needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet applicable obligations. Contact us from your registered email to request access, correction or account deletion. Some payment, security or dispute records may need to be retained after account closure. Revoking a device permission does not itself delete existing records.
Security and changes
Access to private operations is checked on the server, including account roles and subscription status. Keep your Google account secure and report suspected misuse promptly. We may update this policy; the effective date identifies the current version and material changes may require renewed acknowledgement.
